Branch Operations Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • College diploma or above

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations support, office administration, asset management, logistics, or related fields

  • Familiar with basic expense reimbursement procedures and document management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in both Chinese Mandarin and English for daily communication

  • Willingness to travel to other company branches as required (including Toronto)

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Assist in branch setup and operations, including lease agreement management, budget preparation, and expense reimbursement processing

  • Communicate and implement branch management policies and compliance requirements; support internal inspections and 6S on-site management

  • Maintain office assets inventory and coordinate facility inspections, maintenance, and repairs

  • Support the receiving, dispatching, and stocktaking of equipment and spare parts to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Coordinate visitor reception and maintain daily communication with landlords, property management, and external partners

  • Provide operational support and collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily branch activities
